During my recent business trip to Newcastle, I had the pleasure of staying at Backpackers Newcastle, a gem nestled in the heart of Hamilton East. The warm hospitality from Anna and her team really stood out; they struck a perfect balance between efficiency and charm, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, including a shared kitchen and lounge, allowed for a truly comfortable experience, while the location, just a short stroll from local cafes and shops, was ideal for unwinding after a day of meetings. I particularly enjoyed cooling off in the outdoor pool, a refreshing treat after long hours of work. For anyone traveling with friends or colleagues, the entertainment area with billiards and table tennis turned out to be a great spot to relax and bond after a busy day. With ample facilities and thoughtful touches, like access to laundry services and a complimentary BBQ night, I left with fond memories and a sense of rejuvenation, ready to face the unique challenges of wildlife conservation back in Kenya.
